Dr. Debby Hamilton, MD, MPH, FMAPS, IFMCP
Speaker Bio
Dr. Debby Hamilton is a pediatrician with experience in primary care, integrative medicine, research, speaking and writing. She is board-certified in Pediatrics, Physician Nutrition, Integrated/Holistic medicine, Functional Medicine, and is a Fellow of the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs. Dr. Hamilton has a Master’s degree in Public Health where she did research on nutrition. Dr. Hamilton founded Holistic Pediatric Consulting in Colorado in 2005. Her practice focuses on treating children and adults with chronic diseases such as autism and ADHD, PANS/PANDAS, mood and behavioral issues, and chronic infections along with preconception counseling based on her book, Preventing Autism and ADHD: Controlling Risk Factors Before, During & After Pregnancy. Dr. Hamilton is an employee of NutraMedix where she is the Director of Product Education and Clinical Research.

W. Lee Cowden, MD, MD(H), has studied integrative medicine since 1975 and practiced it from 1986 until retiring from private practice in 2019 to focus on teaching. He completed his medical training at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, followed by an internal medicine residency and dual fellowship in Cardiology and Critical Care Medicine at St. Louis University. Board-certified as an internist and cardiologist, he later earned his Homeopathic MD license in Arizona. Dr. Cowden is internationally recognized for his work in integrative medicine, has contributed to numerous publications, and co-founded the Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine, where he serves as Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board.
Throughout his career, Dr. Cowden has focused on supporting patients with complex health challenges through a holistic approach that integrates physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. He emphasizes restoring hope and encourages a faith-centered perspective on healing, grounded in compassion and a commitment to caring for others.
Megan Reed, AGACNP-BC

Megan Reed, AGACNP-BC, began her journey into healthcare after a pivotal turning point early in her career. While working long hours in banking and raising her young family, she realized she was unfulfilled and ready for change. Encouraged to pursue what truly inspired her, she left her job and enrolled in nursing school, graduating in 2014. She went on to work in a Level I trauma center and later advanced her education, becoming a nurse practitioner in 2019, with a strong focus on providing meaningful, patient-centered care.
Her experience during the COVID-19 pandemic led her to reevaluate traditional healthcare approaches and ultimately discover functional medicine. In 2021, she transitioned out of the hospital setting and found a renewed passion for helping patients by listening deeply and addressing root causes. Today, Megan is the founder of Wholesome Health, where she takes a personalized, integrative approach to care, building strong patient relationships and supporting overall wellness.
Dr. Nancy H. O’Hara, MD, MPH, FAAP

Dr. Nancy O’Hara is a board-certified Pediatrician. Prior to her medical career, Dr. O’Hara taught children with autism. She graduated with highest honors from Bryn Mawr College and as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.
She is a leader in the training of clinicians, both in the United States and abroad on integrative and holistic care of children with chronic illness and neurodevelopmental/neuropsychiatric disorders such as PANDAS/PANS, Tick-borne Diseases, Mold Mycotoxin illness and all Post-Infectious Syndromes.
Dr. O’Hara has written a comprehensive guidebook, “Demystifying PANS / PANDAS: A Functional Medicine Desktop Reference on Basal Ganglia Encephalitis”, which is available on Amazon in e-book or soft-cover formats. Her audio book with 5 additional chapters on Mold, Bartonella, Babesia, COVID and FRAAs is available on Amazon, Audible, and Spotify.

Dr. Darin Ingels is a licensed naturopathic doctor and recognized leader in natural medicine with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare. He is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Environmental Medicine and the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs. Dr. Ingels is also the author of The Lyme Solution: A 5-Part Plan to Fight the Inflammatory Autoimmune Response and Beat Lyme Disease, along with several other publications.
Dr. Ingels’ clinical work centers on environmental medicine, with a focus on complex chronic health challenges involving immune and inflammatory processes. Drawing from both his professional training and personal health journey, he integrates nutrition, botanical medicine, and homeopathic approaches alongside conventional care models to support individualized, whole-person wellness strategies.
Dr. Roland Gutierrez, MD, FAAP

Dr. Roland F. Gutierrez brings over 30 years of experience in pediatrics, combining a strong foundation in conventional medicine with an integrative approach to care. He is a former Clinical Associate Professor of Pediatrics at MCP-Hahnemann University and previously served as Director of the HOPE Clinic in Philadelphia. He is also a recipient of the Arthur Ashe Voice of Conscience Award. Throughout his career, Dr. Gutierrez has practiced in both suburban and major metropolitan areas, including Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, and West Palm Beach, shaping a well-rounded and patient-centered perspective.
He is passionate about guiding families in making informed decisions for their children’s health, with an emphasis on supporting overall wellness through thoughtful, integrative strategies. Dr. Gutierrez encourages a balanced lifestyle that supports mind, body, and overall well-being, and remains actively engaged in his community through wellness and fitness initiatives.
Teresa Holler, MS, PA-C, FMAPS

Teresa Holler, MS, PA-C, FMAPS, is a Family Practice Physician Assistant and former Assistant Professor of Medicine at Jefferson College of Health Sciences. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Touro College in Physician Assistant Studies and Summa Cum Laude from Alderson Broaddus College with a Master’s degree in Rural Primary Care Medicine. She has also completed doctoral-level coursework in Medical Writing and Environmental Health and is the author of Cardiology Essentials, Holler for Your Health, and On Medicine and Miracles.
Teresa is a sought-after speaker for both professional and consumer audiences and has presented for organizations including the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Medical Academy for Pediatric Special Needs, the British Columbia Naturopathic Doctors Association, Documenting Hope, and the North Carolina Integrative Medicine Society. She has been featured on NPR, FOX TV, Good Morning Arizona, The Dr. Jill Show, and other media outlets. Known for her ability to translate complex medical concepts into practical, actionable insights, Teresa is passionate about supporting individuals and clinicians navigating complex chronic health concerns.
Dr. Zachary Moran ND

Dr. Zachary Moran is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor at Roots Natural Medical Center in Columbia, Connecticut. His clinical focus includes chronic infectious conditions and environmental toxicity, and he works with patients across areas such as oncology, autoimmune concerns, infectious conditions, and gastroenterology. His practice incorporates a range of integrative modalities, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV therapy, acupuncture, colonics, and nutraceutical support.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Dr. Moran competed as a Division I wrestler at Sacred Heart University and later as a professional CrossFit athlete. He brings the same discipline and whole-body perspective to his approach to care, emphasizing the importance of understanding how organ systems work together. Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with his wife and three children.
Dr. Colin La Grange

Dr. Colin La Grange is a naturopath, educator, researcher, and infertility specialist with more than three decades of experience in reproductive health. After beginning his studies at the Durban University of Technology in South Africa, he expanded his training to include acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese herbal medicine, and homeopathy. His integrative approach to fertility care led to the founding of LIFE CENTRE clinics and the development of Ferti-boost, a fertility supplement designed to support reproductive health.
Through LIFE CENTRE clinics, Dr. La Grange pioneered a comprehensive complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) model for infertility, combining modalities such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, chiropractic care, and advanced diagnostic testing. Over a ten-year period, he treated more than 10,000 infertility cases and contributed to over 4,500 successful pregnancies. He has also presented internationally on fertility research, authored numerous publications, and spent more than 25 years teaching and mentoring healthcare practitioners.
